Campus Strategic Plan 2008-2013

THE 2008-13 CAMPUS STRATEGIC PLAN:

In 2007-8, the Penn State Lehigh Valley Campus underwent a comprehensive strategic planning process complete with SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analyses, community and alumni surveys, focus groups, and department feedback. Since its inception in 2008, the Lehigh Valley Campus Strategic Plan has been used as a document to provide strategic initiatives and action items towards the achievement of stated goals and to inform campus planning decisions.
